Kalingapatnam or more commonly known as Calingapatnam is an important and frequently visited panchayat village situated in Srikakulam district, Andhra Pradesh, India. Kalingapatnam was once one of the important harbour towns in Andhra Pradesh. It should be noted that perfumes, textiles and other commodities were exported from this port to other parts of the country. However, the Kalingapatnam port was not operational during the British rule of India. The lighthouse constructed by the British still operates at Kalingapatnam port.

Kalingapatnam has a famous darga known as Madina Saheb which is visited by people from various religions. One can also find a marine police station which was built here in 2009. The River Vamsadhra forms a rich feeding and breeding ground for shell and fin fishes.

One of the best things to do here is to observe the River Vamsadhara merge into the Bay of Bengal. One of the important places of interest in the region includes the Buddhist Mahastupa, the remains of which highlight the rich ancient Buddhist culture. The area surrounding this attraction is serene and quite beautiful.
